Social distancing guidelines are still in place for pool use. Swim at your own risk, area is not sanitized.
Reminder to All Residents
All Greenbriar Two owners, tenants and residents are obligated to follow the covenants of this Association. Whether it is home renovation, or parking your vehicle, there are rules that govern life in our community. As a reminder, one of these covenants states that dogs are not permitted in the units or on the grounds of Greenbriar Two Condominiums.
Dumpster Reminder All Residents
All garbage and refuse from the condominium units shall be disposed of with care in dumpsters. No construction debris shall be accepted. All trash should be disposed of in tied top trash bags. Hazardous waste (tires, batteries, oil, air conditioners, etc.) will not be accepted. No garbage shall be placed outside the dumpsters; boxes and furniture are to be broken down before being placed in a dumpster to save space.
Sewer Reminder!
So called flushable wipes are turning up in our sewer tank clogging up the pumps. Personal, Baby, Cleaning Wipes should never be flushed in your toilets Ever."
Pool Rules Reminder All Residents
No glass allowed at the pool. No running. No food or drinks within 4.5 feet of the pool. Please remember to close the umbrellas and bathroom doors when you are finished. Thank you, Board of Directors.
Water Leaks
Water leaks can cause damage to your unit and your neighbors, so the Board strongly recommends you turn off the water to your unit when leaving it unattended for a week or more. Please contact Citrus County Utilities, or Jason Woodard, CAM for more details and/or assistance.
AC Water Drain Line
The Board also recommends that owners/residents know where their AC water drain line is located outside so it can be clear of any debris at all times. Please contact Jason Woodard, CAM for more details and/or assistance.

Voting Results from the November 17th Special Meeting.
The Association did not receive enough votes to draw a conclusion.
The amendment did not pass or fail.
Section 12.1.F: 61 in favor, 21 opposed; Section 12.1.G: 59 in favor, 22 opposed. A supermajority (86 votes in favor) was not achieved. The Amendment cannot move forward.
